THE gift card

The photoshoot will take place with the same photographer who gave or left the free photoshoot gift card, The photoshoot will be for the vehicle/pet in which the gift card was left or given, this shoot will not include the owner. This means this gift card is only valid for that vehicle/pet and cannot be handed to anyone else. A photo is taken(of the vehicle/pet)at the time the gift card is given to insure the gift card is used correctly. This photo is stored in a private hard drive for no one other than the photographer and the customer, you have the right to ask for the photo to be destroyed but with doing so any unclaimed photoshoot is invalid. This Gift card is valid for 6 months from the day of issue(date stamp on the photo taken) and a shoot date can be arranged with the photographer via email or social media. Once a planned shoot is booked, you will be able to cancel with 48 hours notice or arrange a reschedule. We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule with limited notice.

TIME AND PLACE

The photoshoot will take place at the convenience of the customer and photographer (within 6 months of issue), usually in daylight as our cameras struggle with night shots. Please bare in mind that when this card was presented to you or left on your vehicle, it normally means we are local, so the photoshoot will be local but don't worry we know places that are good for photoshoots, Sometimes parking lots which require a parking fee to enter , if you agree to pay the parking fee of course, if not another location will be decided, the Photographer is NOT obliged to pay for your vehicle.

tHE PHOTOS

All though the photoshoot is free(usually starting from £50). The photos are £5 a shot, You are NOT obliged to buy any photos even when the photoshoot is complete, We purely was inspired and love to photograph. we can offer a bulk sale of these photos but only Bex can provide the discounts, so our photographers have to complete a process before this is offered. 20% of each photo sale also goes to London's Air Ambulance.
